Terms of Service — Laga

This is an informational English translation. The Polish version is legally binding.
1. General
These terms govern use of the Laga mobile app and related services at lagaidoprzodu.pl.

By using the app you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- App — Laga mobile application for iOS and Android.
- User — person with an account.
- Coach — user managing a team.
- Player — user belonging to one or more teams.
- Team — group linked to a coach in the app.
3. Age requirements
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 may use the app only with parental consent and supervision.
4. Service description
Laga helps amateur football teams with schedules, squads, attendance, match lineups, league table display, and team invites. It is not an official PZPN or 90minut.pl product. Full coach features may require an active subscription (see § 7).
5. Account
- Login via Polish phone number (+48) and SMS OTP only.
- Provide accurate profile data (name, e-mail).
- Delete account: Account → Delete account.
6. Teams and invites
Coaches create teams and invite players via code or QR. Players may join multiple teams and leave teams. Coaches may remove players.
7. Coach subscription
Coach features require active access (paid subscription, trial, or granted access). Player use is free.
7.1 Plans
- Monthly — approx. PLN 24.99/month.
- Yearly — approx. PLN 194.99/year.
- Binding price is shown in Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.
7.2 Free trial
New coach subscribers may get a 7-day free trial when available. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends (per store rules), the subscription renews automatically and the store charges the selected plan.
7.3 Payments
- Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Your subscription contract is with the store operator; we deliver digital content after purchase verification (via RevenueCat).
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Restore purchases and subscription management are available in the app and store settings.
7.4 Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in Poland/EU, starting the trial or subscription immediately may limit your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under applicable consumer law.
8. Device permissions
Optional permissions: camera (QR scan), photo library (crest or save lineup), push notifications. No GPS collection — maps open with address text only. See Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, impersonation, API scraping, service disruption, or sharing OTP codes.
10. Sharing lineups outside the app
Coaches are solely responsible for publishing generated lineup graphics outside the app, including minors’ image rights.
11. External data
League data from public sources may be outdated. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
12. Liability
Service provided “as is” where permitted by law. We are not liable for coaches’ sporting decisions, external data errors, or user publications outside the app. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
13. Account deletion
Deleting a coach account also deletes their team and related data. Cancelling store subscription separately is required to stop future charges.
14. Complaints
Contact support@lagaidoprzodu.pl — we respond within 14 days. Payment disputes go to Apple or Google.
15. Governing law
Polish law applies. The Polish version of these Terms prevails over this translation.
16. Changes
Current version: lagaidoprzodu.pl/terms/en. Material changes will be notified in the app or by e-mail.
